Prepayment and Cancellation Policies:
All reservations must be prepaid. Peak season Dec 20 – Jan 10, High season Jan 11 – Apr 30 and Green Season May 1 – Nov 14. Cancellations must be made in written, a confirmation from the hotel must be sent as well. Cancellations requested 22-15 days before arrival will have a penalty of 25%. Cancellations requested 14-7 days before arrival will have a penalty of 50% Cancellations requested 6 days or less before arrival will have a penalty of 100%. Last minute bookings are non refundable in a 100% after the credit card charge has been processed or payments has been done.
Reservations for Peak Season (whether made by travel agencies or direct bookings) require a full non-refundable deposit by Nov. 4, payments not received in a timely manner are subject to immediate cancellation without further notice, no exceptions made. No shows and unused services, early check outs are non refundable regardless of the season.
