Arenal Volcano National Park is located just 70 km. from Villa Blanca within the larger Conservation Area, which protects some 16 reserves between the Tilarán and Guanacaste mountain ranges. This area contains a great wealth of geologic and biological complexity.
The guided tour departs in the morning and includes a nature walk into the national park and a visit to the private Ecotermales hot springs, a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. A Campesino style lunch is also included.
Just the scenic mountain drive is half the adventure with the opportunity to see the rural agriculture and farm villages between San Ramon and La Fortuna.
